As the peak body representing cruise destinations and service providers across Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Cruise Association partnered with Barking Owl Communications to strengthen its profile, engage members and reinforce its position as a trusted voice for the cruise industry.


An integrated B2B communications program combined earned media, thought leadership, member communications, social media and event support to raise awareness of the Association and position the Asia-Pacific region as a leading cruise destination.


The campaign delivered consistent media coverage, established regular thought leadership opportunities for ACA and its members, developed an industry-first media toolkit, amplified the Association's presence at major events, and increased awareness of its annual conference among existing and prospective members.
