In a highly competitive cruise market, strong storytelling is key to inspiring travellers and showcasing what makes a brand stand out.


From 2022 to 2025, Oceania Cruises partnered with Barking Owl Communications to deliver an integrated PR program across Australia and New Zealand. The partnership included an always-on media office, media and influencer engagement, executive profiling, familiarisation programs, events, brand partnerships and the launch of the brand's newest ship, Vista.


The program helped strengthen Oceania Cruises' reputation as a leader in destination-rich, culinary-focused cruising, generating more than 2,100 pieces of consumer coverage and 570 pieces of trade coverage. Highlights included 50 media famils, 14 media events, 13 ship visits, 15 executive profiles and interviews, and the successful launch of Vista across Australia and New Zealand.
